FAQ’S

 

All products purchased that are lost or damaged during the shipping process will either be reshipped or refunded, within a 10-day notice of the purchase. After the 10 day notice period, your purchase is non-refundable.  

Please email us at vvsstar94@gmail.com within the 10 day period to receive either a refund or replacement for damaged items. Any item that is damaged in the shipping process will need to be returned in order to receive a replacement order.
